Fundraising For Haiti

As you may have noticed, Wise Shadow hasn’t been very active lately. I am being pulled in several different directions with family, career (other than Wise Shadow) and other areas of my life. I took some time to figure out what was most important in my life at this time. It has been a very hard decision, but I have decided to close up shop for Wise Shadow for awhile. Although I very much enjoy making and marketing the products, I am not able to focus as much attention on it as I would like. From time to time I will be making products for my own use and will post what I am making. If you are interested, I will include your order in the batch, but I will no longer be keeping an inventory of products that would be readily available for purchase.

With this said, another thought was to offer a discount on the products, sort of a going out of business sale. But what I have decided to do is this; 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Klinik Sen Michel. Klinki Sen Michel is a medical clinic in Port au Prince, Haiti. And as you are all aware of the devastation that has occurred there, everyone is in desperate need of help. Bishop Gumbleton was instrumental in starting the clinic and he will be taking a group of people to Haiti at the end of January. Kllinik Sen Michel is in desperate need of medical supplies, this donation will help purchase supplies that will be taken down to Haiti with the group.

Thank you all for your support and patronage of Wise Shadow Home Spa Products. It will still be around, but on a much smaller scale. At some point in my life I hope to start it back up full force. My dream is when I retire to open up a little shop somewhere in a seaside town where it’s nice and warm 
